1. Introduction

Welcome to Ella’s Beauty Lounge. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Definitions

  • “Salon” refers to Ella’s Beauty Lounge.
  • “Client” refers to any individual receiving services from the Salon.
  • “Services” encompass all beauty treatments and products offered by the Salon.

3. Appointments

  • Booking: Appointments can be scheduled via our website, phone, or in person. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service cost is required to secure your booking.
  • Punctuality: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary consultations.
  • Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment, and the deposit will be forfeited.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Notice: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
  • No-Shows: Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a fee before booking future appointments.

5. Payments

  • Deposits: As stated, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • Balance: The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment before the service begins.
  • Methods: We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and online payments through our website.

6. Gift Vouchers

  • Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Redemption: Vouchers can be used for services or products. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Loss: The Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.

7. Salon Etiquette

  • Health and Safety: For the safety of all clients and staff, please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your treatment.
  • Children and Pets: To maintain a serene environment, we kindly request that children and pets are not brought to the Salon unless they have an appointment.

8. Personal Belongings

The Salon is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items. Please keep your belongings with you at all times.

9. Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality services, the Salon is not liable for any adverse reactions or injuries sustained during treatments, provided all necessary precautions have been taken.

10. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during bookings or consultations will be used solely for Salon purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Salon reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
