2. Quotes & Estimates

2.1 Any quotes or estimates provided via this website or email are subject to an on-site inspection before final pricing is confirmed.

2.2 All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

2.3 Additional costs may apply if unforeseen issues are identified during work that were not visible during the initial inspection.

2.4 We reserve the right to revise or withdraw any quote before acceptance.

3. Work Scheduling

3.1 We aim to complete all work within agreed timelines. However, dates may be adjusted due to weather conditions, material delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3.2 We will notify customers of any delays or rescheduling as soon as reasonably possible.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are 50% deposit before commencement of work and the remaining 50% payable upon completion.

4.2 Payment is accepted by bank transfer, cheque, or cash unless otherwise agreed.

4.3 Failure to pay within agreed terms may result in additional charges or legal recovery action.

5. Warranty & Guarantees

5.2 Material warranties are subject to manufacturer terms.

6.2 We are not liable for pre-existing structural damage or faults unrelated to the scope of work.

6.3 We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits or inconvenience caused by delays or defects.

6.4 We will take reasonable care to protect surrounding property but are not liable for damage caused to fragile or pre-damaged surfaces.

7. Customer Responsibilities

7.1 Customers must provide safe, clear access to the work area for staff and equipment.

7.2 Customers must inform us of any known hazards or restrictions affecting the site.

7.3 Children and pets must be kept away from the work area for safety reasons.

8. Health & Safety

8.1 We comply with applicable health and safety laws and will implement safety measures as needed.

8.2 Site access may be restricted during works to ensure safety for all parties.

9. Termination of Work

9.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate work if unsafe conditions arise, access is denied, or payments are not made in accordance with agreed terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
